Re: Official WWE rumour thread
As we didn't catch Stig "testing" the swear filter, it's kind of a "virgin" crime, so for this one I'm letting him go with a wrist-slap.
We've gone thois long without needing strikes that I'd like to think we don't need them. Everyone here seems to keep their heads out of their asses long enough to play nice, after all. We justed needed to make the point that cheating the swear filter by using punctuation is not acceptable.
Anyway, back on topic, with Rourke now looking like losing the oscar tonight, any news or rumours about what's likely to happen to Jericho tomorrow? Any rumours of legends appearing?

Re: Official WWE rumour thread
- The frustration level is pretty high with WWE management these days. In addition to the leaked WWE documents, the higher ups are not happy about word leaking regarding the planned Diva battle royal at Wrestlemania.
- WWE is also frustrated with new United States President Barack Obama. They feel he is an enemy of business.

Re: Official WWE rumour thread
Brilliant!
Yes! That's why business is in the toilet because of the new President nothing to do with the stale storylines and inability to create any new stars/gimmicks that anyone gives a damn about.
But then we are talking about a guy who thinks that Bush Jr. was a great President... despite being one of the most unpopular of the last three centuries... Surprised he hasn't tried to inducte him into the Hall of Fame this year to be honest, making the most of being in Texas...
Obama didn't screw Vince. Vince screwed Vince.

I predict this will end up getting moved, but Obama is an enemy of business, especially large businesses like WWE.

Man, some people have had a cup of coffee in WWE, but I think Kizarny barely took a sip! Wow, he didn't lizzast thizzat lizzong.

The only time I ever saw Kizarny on TV was him trying to tell Vickie Guerrero a knock-knock joke in carny-speak

Re: Official WWE rumour thread
I saw a match with him vs. MVP, and he looked good for about a minute, and then stunk it up towards the end and looked really sloppy. Surely, he's had to look bad or something on house shows? I mean, they didn't even give him any time to see what kind of mileage they could get out of him, even Mordecai got a month or so back in 2004.

he was crap in WWF, however was useful in the Christian sidekick role.
He became pretty good from what I saw in TNA
However, he was OVER in the tryout match, the youtube video showed clear Tomko chants, so quite clearly was worth more of a go already than half the crap they push

It's amazing how they are always determined to get the big guys over and yet the ones that actually have talent always seem to get released early on or overpushed, injured and then forgotten about.
Matt Morgan's the one that really sticks out for me. He was good!

Not in WWE he wasn't. He was super green and pretty clumsy with it. It's only since he left and went to Japan to hone his skills before joining TNA that's he's gotten good.

Re: Official WWE rumour thread
Vickie Guerrero is the wife of WWE World Heavyweight Champion Edge, the lover of Edge’s rival Big Show and now, surprisingly, an expectant mother.
It was confirmed early this morning that the acting General Manager of SmackDown and interim GM of Raw is pregnant. According to eye-witness accounts, Guerrero visited the El Paso, Texas office of obstetrician/gynecologist Dr. Michael Keys Tuesday afternoon seeking pre-natal care. Due to patient/doctor confidentiality, Keys’ office could neither confirm nor deny that Guerrero is a patient of the ob-gyn and is seeking pre-natal care.
Although our wishes for a healthy pregnancy are extended to Guerrero, WWE.com would be remiss were it not to acknowledge the awkward situation in which Guerrero may now find herself. After all, it was revealed just three weeks ago that Guerrero was carrying on an extra-marital affair with her husband’s rival and one-third of the Triple Threat Match at the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania, Big Show.
The affair will undoubtedly lead some to speculate on the paternity of the expectant child.
Neither Guerrero, Edge nor Big Show have responded to repeated requests for comment. Check in with WWE.com for the latest on this breaking story.

Surely Cena is behind this?

Meltzer is reporting that Vince is supposed to be the father. Of course, it could be an April Fools from him as well.
