I also really respect Shaun Payton a lot more now after seeing him go for an onside kick to start the 2nd half. That kind of confidence and "go for it" attitude is awesome. I mean, you may never get to the Super Bowl again. Why not go for it?
And the guy who muffed the kick was former Eagle Hank Baskett. Now I don't feel so bad that we let him go...
The game seemed pretty mediocre. Had Indy tied it and went into OT it would've been a lot better, but not a lot of huge plays, and surprisingly more nickel-and-dime offense than explosive.
