Just a way of keeping the belt on Orton, off Cena, and set up the main event for the submission PPV, without making either guy look weak. I thought it was interesting, but to be honest there are far better ways of achieving the same goal.

I just thought it was very poorly executed.
Way better ways to do that.
They could have been a bit more safe and just have Legacy run in and screw Cena.
What they did was just flat out messy.
