!!!!! shocking
forget about him chatting crap in many an interview, and drug suspensions etc, it is the timing that surprises, and the fact Behind Enemy Lines is out on DVD now, and he returned and got a load of hype on Monday
At first I thought he had a bit of potential, however the MR KENNEDY shtick got old very fast, and his 'charisma' was awful, his interviews were absolutely hideous, and he wasn't much kop in the ring. That said, management were clearly high on him. It will be interesting to see why he has been given the ax

He got himself injured...again on Raw. Guess they were sick of it.

As reported earlier, Mr. Kennedy was officially released from World Wrestling Entertainment late on Friday night. This comes as a shock to many as Kennedy had just returned to Raw on Monday after rehabbing from a badly injured shoulder. Kennedy ended up injuring his wrist after taking a RKO from Randy Orton in the main event that night.
It is being reported that Randy Orton & Kennedy had words backstage after Raw went off the air. It wasn't heated, but Orton told Kennedy he had to be careful out there so he wouldn't injure anyone in the ring. There weren't any other complaints backstage.
Some backstage sources are looking at the pull that Orton has with Vince McMahon as why Kennedy was released. Another contributing factor could have been that he is injury prone, and WWE wouldn't be able to capitalize on their work on his character.
There's a lot of fish in the sea, better fish than Kennedy. The fact that he was compared to the Rock was a joke.

Miiiiissster......injury......INJURY!
Was a little shocked but he seems to be very fragile, injures himself too frequently. Expected a release maybe later in the year...but not right after Raw for fecks sake...a shame as I thought he could have done alright had he stayed healthy

Big surprise - after his layoff he was ripe for them to tweak the character and give him a fresh push. He has value from a PR perspective for the film - unless they've aready given up on it - and has enough pull with the fans that a serious change of character - like Orton joining Evolution, Austin 3:16 or the creation of "The Rock" could have really done big things.
If Orton had problems with him, then you simply move him to Smackdown again. If he has injuries, give him a longer break to let him bild himself up again.
I give it the requisite 90 days or whatever for him to be the next TNA signing to be unveiled

I actually really liked Mr. Kennedy, but I think he deserves to be fired. I've heard that he's afraid of injuring people in the ring, and then he's injury prone himself, so that's not a great thing for the wrestling business where you're going to get many bumps and bruises.
Not only that, according to wrestlingtruth.com, I read a while back that he called the Wellness Policy bullshit. Not exactly a smart move.
