WWE this week released six in ring names:
Luke Gallows (despite him being told earlier in the day that they had something new for him and plans in place with Freddie Prinze Jr for a face turn)
Shad Gaspard
Vance Archer
Caylen Croft
Jillian Hall (finally the bad singing joke wore thin)
Tiffany (Could spell trouble for husband Drew McIntyre)
Also gone is "Big Dick Johnson", AKA WWE creative team member Christopher DeJoseph
Retirement-wise, Matt "Spike Dudley" Hyson has announced his retirement from wrestling at an indie show recently
------------------------
Shame about Spike as he rarely put a foot wrong, but he'd droppwed away from the big time and was getting older, so geting put without serious long term injury makes sense.
With the releases, far to many cases of "half a tag team" getting released of late. It's like it's impossible for two members of a tag team to succeed enough to both get pushed any more. Only Miz + Morrison and the "Superteams" seem to both survive these days...
