Freakin' no sense to this season... Patriots without Brady, the Colts 1-2, the Chargers 0-2 (Possibly 1-2)... Broncos, Ravens, Titans topping their leagues and the NFC East only has two frickin' losses in the whole division and only because there HAD to be.

And I might be pulling a Vikings and finally getting a win in our fantasy league. Out of the many leagues I'm in, this is the one I'm sucking the most. The only confident player I have right now is Larry Fitzgerald.

I'm pleased in my fantasy team. My pre-ranking paid off.

As far as the season goes, as a Pats fan, this is horrible. Matt Cassell is no Tom Brady a la 2001 unfortunately.

I've got 5 teams on the line because of Westbrook's gametime decision. 4 with Westbrook on it, and 1 to see if I should play Buckhalter.

Is it just me or when you need or don't need a player to get points in a Sunday/Monday night game they'll always go against you? For example, last night I needed Adrian Peterson and Greg Olsen to get me 19 points combined. AP just got me 19 with 130 yards and a TD with Olsen getting only a 7-yard reception. Lo' and behold it ties me with my competitor at 130-130 however this morning they adjust the Steelers' defense for +2 points and I lose and am knocked out of playoff contention needing only a tie to get in and this having both DeAngelo Williams and Brian Westbrook pulling in 4-TD games for me.

Then last week I needed Colston to get more points than Lance Moore and of course Lance Moore gets a 70-yard TD reception in the first quarter.

We'll see if it keeps up as it's Steve Slaton and Demeco Ryans versus Chumpstain's Mario Williams and 16 points.

Man I gotta say, I have no idea who's winning the Superbowl this year. I thought Atlanta and Indianapolis would win but just the opposite happened. Really, the only team I don't want to win this year is the Giants opposed to last year where it was kind of a lose-lose for me when it was the Giants/Patriots. A slight chance the Eagles run the table but I think they're too inconsistent, but here's hoping all the same.

Going into this post season, as a Pats fan, I could not root for the Giants, Philly, Indy, Pittsburgh, San Diego, and Miami. And I wasn't a fan of Tennessee. So that left Minnesota, Carolina, Atlanta, Arizona, and the Ravens. I really wanted a Ravens and Carolina superbowl, but I'm hoping for Arizona and Baltimore now. If it is an all Pennsylvania game, I won't watch.

Wouldn't be so sure of that, San Diego is on a hot streak right now and Green Bay are playing fantastic as well.

I just can't believe that the Steelers are probably not going to make the playoffs, but I guess you don't deserve to if you lose to the Chiefs, Raiders, and Browns in a span of 5 weeks. Just unreal, I'm never betting on Pittsburgh again Mad

Pittsburgh lacks the ability to run smash-mouth football, and they're missing Troy Polamalu, one of the best safeties in the league.

San Diego is a very, very, very good team. If you're in the AFC, you do not want to face them in the playoffs.

WHole league is wide open to me...AFC most would say Colts and Chargers, Colts are amazing but sitting the starters last game may cost them I think. That's gonna mess up their rhythm unless they play their starters next game but wouldn't make sense to now since they already threw in the towel last week. So you take that into consideration. They rest their starters two weeks in a row then have a bye week that's essentially 3 weeks off almost. It's gonna be tough I think for them to just pick it up and be on point 2nd round in the playoffs.

And Chargers are great too but they have somewhat of a history of choking in the playoffs too. I mean granted last years win over Indy was big but then lost next round. Then you got the Pats who's secondary is as beatable as ever but at the same time its still the Pats and come playoff time always dangerous. And Bengals are probably the weakest of the bunch but their defense has really carried them all year which is what u need come playoff time. I think its gonna be interesting because as far as I'm concerned the NFC is pretty much the same as well.

Just for the hell of it, here's my predictions for this wildcard weekend.

New York Jets over Cincinnati with their defense and running game.

New England still beats out Baltimore with their offense, despite Welker's absence.

Philadelphia won't be holding back their blitz packages, and even though the Cowboys have surprised many this winter, I still think Philly will win it with a team effort in a very close competitive game. No doubt this is the best game this weekend. (Romo will be very hungry for a win, so tune in for primetime folks; it will be a nail-biter).

And then we have the Green Bay/Arizona game, in which I'll side with Charles Woodson and Donald Driver on this one.

It was sad to see Favre go out the way he did, with his last play being an interception and all, especially nearing retirement. However, he did play with his heart and left it all on the field, which is very inspiring to say the least. Brett was getting hit all game long by the N.O. defense, the same defense that may create the same problems for Peyton.

How does Indy face a team that seems to be destined to win the Super Bowl? Through the same preparation as any other team, that's how. We have too many weapons, and our defense is clutch when they need to be.

It's going to be a great Super Bowl game.

I'm actually kind of worried. The last few Super Bowls have been really good unexpectedly and this one is setup to be a great matchup. It'll most likely end up 6-3 or a blowout.

    I'm devastated right now... wall

N.O. obviously had the better game plan, and that's what gave them the edge to win the Superbowl last night.

That, plus a couple of Indy penalties and dropped passes. Garcon and Wayne dropped two crucial ones...

I also really respect Shaun Payton a lot more now after seeing him go for an onside kick to start the 2nd half. That kind of confidence and "go for it" attitude is awesome. I mean, you may never get to the Super Bowl again. Why not go for it?
