Same reason you post in the Premiership section. You can't have it both ways

I'm serious though. There's still plenty of points to play for.

No offence, but you've never seen your team in a relegation battle.

That last comment is probably the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.

    It's not needed.

There's also 33 points up for grabs.

We need either of the following

    6 wins 5 draws 0 defeats
    7 wins 2 draws 2 defeats
    8 wins 0 draws 3 defeats

We've had 6 wins all season...

Leeds chairman Ken Bates may sue West Ham over the Carlos Tevez affair, claiming a loss of earnings on three players from Elland Road that were sold to the Blades. Matthew Kilgallon, Rob Hulse and Ian Bennett had clauses in their contracts entitling Leeds to a windfall had the players stayed in the Premier League. (Daily Express)

I too will sue West Sham for the additional cost of petrol for having to drive to Sheffield instead of East London when I saw them play at Bramall Lane, would of saved me about 30 quid!! pfff.. sods.

Looks like he is going for it:

The Blades' relegation in 2007 meant that Leeds missed out on contingency payments, believed to total a six-figure sum, in relation to Premier League survival for the transfers of Rob Hulse, Matthew Kilgallon and Ian Bennett.

"We sold a number of players to Sheffield United with contingencies," he told Yorkshire Radio. "When they got relegated on the last day of the season we missed out on a substantial sum.

No idea how this got in the premier league section but anyway...

FORMER Ipswich Town striker Alan Lee will today sign for East Anglian rivals Norwich City.

Lee, who scored 31 goals for Town in 103 appearances, will sign for the Canaries in a loan deal from Crystal Palace.

Now the 6ft 3in Republic of Ireland international could face his old club in the East Anglian derby at Portman Road on April 19.

The game could prove crucial for both clubs as Town chase an elusive play-off place and Norwich battle to avoid relegation.

Canaries manager Bryan Gunn last night confirmed that he had been keeping track of Lee for the past two years.

Lee may find he gets a mixed reception at Carrow Road where he scored last season, getting the first goal as the Tractor Boys opened a 2-0 lead before City fought back to draw 2-2 in their first game under Glenn Roeder.

Lee moved from Town to Crystal Palace last summer. But he has had limited opportunities under Neil Warnock, making only 13 starts and scoring three goals.

This is the not the first time Galway-born Lee has been linked with the Canaries. They first showed an interest in 2003 when he was at Rotherham, where he'd scored 37 goals in 111 appearances.

On that occasion he instead moved to Cardiff in a 850,000 deal.

Wales did not prove a happy stop as, despite playing 86 times, he managed only 10 goals.

Lee, 30, started with Aston Villa but was unable to break through to the senior side, having loan spells with Torquay and Port Vale before having a short spell with Burnley.

    JUDAS!!!

My erect statue of Alan Lee will now be taken down...

    Down with ALAN LEE!! Boooo...

In the latest twist to the Carlos Tevez saga, Fulham have submitted a claim for 700,000 in compensation from West Ham over lost prize money because they finished below the Hammers in the Premier League in the season Tevez played at Upton Park. (The Independent)

I offically love this story now.
